- Using mixer Beat butter until smooth. Add d sugar and beat on medium heat fr 3 to 4 mins
- Add d eggs one at a tym,beat very well aftr u put each egg. Scrape the side of d bowl,add d vanilla and combine
- In a cup,whisk d buttermilk wit the red food colouring.
- Wit d mixture on low speed, alternately add d flour (in three addition), wit d buttermilk milk (in two addition) beginning and ending wit flour
- In a small cup, combine the vinegar and baking soda. Allow the mixture to fizz and then quickly mix into the cake mixture
- Quickly put the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 25 mins or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
