- In a medium bowl pour in flour,salt, Baking powder and vanilla whisk and keep aside
- In a large bowl add in sugar butter and egg then whisk
- Add yoghurt until smooth then add 1/2 after 1/2 cup of flour mixture in to the wet ingredients until each addition has been fully incorporate
- Add in your crushed oreos into the mixture.pre heat oven @200°
- Set your baking tray with baking paper and bake for 15-20min @180__200°
- In a pan pour in sugar,water and lemon whisk the sugar until the sugar dissolve
- Turn on the heat until the sugar form Amber brown,turn d heat off add in whipping cream and butter
- Spread the caramel sauce on the cake
- In a bowl add whipping cream,milk, yoghurt and cold water and whisk until soft and fluffy (I use hand to whisk).
