- First Macrowave Brownie cake Layer: Mix all ingredients properly then macrowave high temperature for 7-8 mins.
- Custard Layer: 1) Heat 1 1/2 cup milk in a sauce pan. Add sugar stir until it dissolves.
- 2)Add 2tbsp Vanilla Custard powder in half cup milk and make a paste.
- 3)Add custard paste to boiling milk and cook while stirring until texture is thick.
- 4)Add 1/2 tsp coffee in the custard paste and mix it properly. Then turn off the stove and set aside to cool.
- Oreo Biscuits layer: - Crushed oreo biscuits speard on Custard layer.
- Chocolate coffee Ice cream Layer: 1) In a bowl, whip the cream, condensed milk & coffee together using a mixer until thick.
