- At the end add coffee powder and mix well until the entire mixture has combined. Scrape down the walls of the bowl and fold the mixture with a spatula.
- Pour the batter into a cake tin lined with parchment or wax paper. Bake for 25-30 mins. Cook until no batter sticks to the toothpick when insterted.
- Allow the tin to cool for 10 mins. Transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool.
