- Pour 1/3 of the batter into the pan and sprinkle with half the streusel. Top with another third of the batter and half the remaining streusel and continue one more level, ending with streusel at the top.
- Bake in the center of the oven for approximately an hour, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Take the cake out of the even and let it cool in the pan for about 15 minutes. It should come out cleanly when you pull out the foil.
