- Break all biscuits and grind. Add little by little milk make a smooth batter. Now preheat oven on convection mode on 180 degrees.
- Grease oil in cake mould then add eno soda and water mix gently and poured in mould and keep in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Check with knife after 25 minutes. If the knife will come out clean then your cake will ready now cooldown it.
- For make chocolate ganache–Take grated dark chocolate, whip cream and microwave for 30 seconds mix gently.
- Now pour chocolate ganache on the cake and garnish with Oreo biscuits and colourful sprinkles.
